: I bought a carry for a game on April 24th, 2012 for quite a large sum of money, Its been 2 months and they still haven't done it. I talked to them and they were being complete assholes about it, and I asked for my money back and they said no, and promised i would never get back etc. I opened a dispute stating i havent gotten my carry done and its been 2 months. Its a virtual good so idk how it will be through paypal. but my question is if they rule in the sellers favor and not mine, what do i do? Should i go through visa and dispute charges made on my card, but i heard i only have 60 days and thats come up in 7 days. so if you could help that would be great thank you.

: Not sure what a carry is for a game?

Anyway, yes you are right. You have 60 days to dispute via PayPal. I would copy and paste the seller's response in your email as proof. It would proof that you tried to work with the seller and that the seller said they'd never refund your purchase.

PayPal looks into the case, they are a mediator--they receive information from the buyer and seller and make their rule. If it looks like the seller is scamming then they refund the buyer.
