: They say free to sign up - but there is a reason they want your credit card number.
They WILL charge you - just read the fine print (if they have any available).

Trial offers are one of the biggest scams this decade.
Don't give anyone online your credit card number.

: If they want your credit card number, they will be charging something to it. Read thru all the fine print. There's a gotcha in the "free" sign up.

Credit card numbers are never needed for ID purposes.
