: Have you tried 3V. It is a virtual Visa card that you top up at any Payzone point. You hand your money over, they swipe card and give you a receipt. On the receipt is a 16 digit visa number. They then email you or text or you ring them for a expiry date and 3 digit security code. You can now spend online.
I made the name up on mine with no problem. There is a fee of 3.50 to add funds but at the moment a 20 voucher is free.
